Maintenance tool for serration wheels

Description

It’s finally here – our long-awaited maintenance tool for serration wheels!

Makes it very easy to maintain the shape, surface and radius of all of our grinding wheels for serrations – both 200mm and 250mm wheels.

Due to the highly effective electroplated diamond coating, a few seconds of use with our tool is all it takes to restore the wheels.

Can be used with the wheels both dry and wet.

Designed for easy and very effective use – as follows:

1. Mount the wheel together with the spacer for serration wheels on the machine.

2. Turn on the machine with the wheel rotation away from you.

3. Press the maintenance tool for serration wheels against the wheel.

4. Apply light to medium pressure, and tilt with small movements from side to side to form an even radius and smooth the surface.

5. The maintenance is now complete!
