Finally it’s here – our improved Knife jig set!

Enables super-fast jig-length corrections thanks to the extra long, specially designed shaft, which now is equipped with a locking screw instead of threads.

Combine the jigs with our new jig projection measurement tool and you will have a seamless solution for super-fast handling.

The jigs work very well for use with most types of objects that have a cutting edge, and this set covers objects with 2-2,5 mm thickness, 3-3,5 mm thickness, and 4-4,5 mm thickness.

Knife jig # 1 is ideal for objects with a thickness of 2.1 mm, but also works very well on objects with 2 – 2.5 mm thickness.

Knife jig # 2 is ideal for objects with a thickness of 3.1 mm, but also works very well on objects with 3 – 3.5 mm thickness.

Knife jig # 3 is ideal for objects with a thickness of 4.1 mm, but also works very well on objects with 4 – 4.5 mm thickness.

For objects thinner than the most suitable jig for the job, you can apply cloth tape to the clamping spot to get to/as close to the ideal thickness as possible.

Fits seamlessly with our patented Jig stand.

Our jigs are made of high-quality anodized aluminum, which provides a very strong lightweight construction with a total weight of approximately 210 grams per jig.

Comes in a color coding of 3, for faster and easier identification of the respective jig.
