Finally it’s here – our Extra wide 100mm jigs, now available in a set and with a multi price!

Our unique design makes our 100 mm jigs work very well for use with most kitchen knives, cleavers, machetes, etc. and provides a clamping surface of 100 mm.

This set covers objects with 2-2,5 mm thickness, 3-3,5 mm thickness, and 4-4,5 mm thickness.

Knife jig # 4 is ideal for objects with a thickness of 2.1 mm, but also works very well on objects with 2 – 2.5 mm thickness.

Knife jig # 5 is ideal for objects with a thickness of 3.1 mm, but also works very well on objects with 3 – 3.5 mm thickness.

Knife jig # 6 is ideal for objects with a thickness of 4.1 mm, but also works very well on objects with 4 – 4.5 mm thickness.

For objects thinner than the most suitable jig for the job, you can apply cloth tape to the clamping spot to get to/as close to the ideal thickness as possible.

All of the jigs in our set has an adjustable stop, which enables quick and easy adjustment of the jig projection length – very handy if you are grinding objects with varying blade lengths.

Fits seamlessly with our patented Jig stand.

Our jigs are made of high-quality anodized aluminum, which provides a very strong lightweight construction with a total weight of approximately 285 grams per jig.

Comes in a default color coding of 3, for faster and easier identification of the respective jig.
