Pure chromium oxide paste (Cr203)

Description

Our concentrated pure chromium oxide formula, here in a finished paste form. Easy application and storage. Ideal for performing finishing cleanup on our 250 mm leather honing wheels. Also works great on other types of leather tools such as leather strops, hanging leather, etc.

This is a completely unique, high-quality paste on the market, manufactured by us in Sweden and with a chromium oxide content approximately 4 times as high as in a standard green wax stick, for example green rouge.

Completely free of aluminum oxide or other unwanted additives.

Strengthens the edge and increase sharpness further.

Chromium oxide, also known as Cr203, has been used since time immemorial to process the edges of various types of tools. Today, it is possible to find chromium oxide-based products in all its forms and variants – wax sticks, ready-made jars, etc.

The problem with these, and the biggest common denominator, is that almost all unfortunately also contain high levels of aluminum oxide or other types of conventional abrasives.

And that’s where our product stands out – it’s simply free of things we don’t want!

If the paste is to be applied to a new, unused leather surface, we recommend first impregnating the leather with our leather honing oil.
